Psychoeducational guidance

I share the knowledge I have been exploring for many years. I believe that self-understanding has a powerful impact on our well-being and personal growth. That is why I offer insights I have gathered over time — about psychological patterns, trauma, emotional regulation, and the neurobiology of our inner experiences.

Very often, simply understanding why certain emotions, reactions, or patterns appear in our lives can bring deep relief and help bring clarity to what once felt like inner chaos.

Consciousness expansion

I help you see and name what has been operating beneath the surface — patterns, automatic reactions, inner voices, and past imprints. When you understand where your reaction comes from, you regain autonomy and a sense of agency. This opens space for change and brings soothing relief.

Somatic work

The body always tells the truth. I incorporate elements of somatic work: pausing, micro‑sensations, connecting with yourself, releasing tension, movement, and grounding. This helps you step out of your head and truly feel yourself — not just understand.

For the sake of safety and ensuring that the support I offer is appropriate, I work only with people for whom this form of therapy is suitable and sufficient. Below are situations in which a different form of specialist help is necessary:

• crisis support or psychiatric intervention,
